REFUND POLICY

1. PTV Phones will refund only if the phone requested as displayed on offer is not available after such payments are made. Refunds will not be made for reasons such as change of specification, type, model, color by customer after an order is confirmed. However, replacement may be done with another phone type/model as far as the customer is willing to pay for any additional cost ( this may include extra cost of the new phone, handling, shipping and any other associated expenses) due to such changes after payment might have been made but before delivery. No replacement would be entertained after pick up or delivery except if the phone or merchandise is confirmed not functional and non-working immediately on receipt by the buyer. Each buyer will be required to test and check all the functions of the phones/goods as at delivery date/point. Any complain after the delivery date will be interpreted as user induced and as such no replacement will be entertained
